“Best experience ever!”

The location is perfect. The villa is surrounded by nature: palm trees, and while sitting at the balcony, you see birds and greenery. The design is spacious, and the ceiling is high. You have all the amenities needed, modern design and great views everywhere. The bedroom is comfy, and even the mosquito net is well designed. The beach is only 4 minutes away and offers amazing sunsets and no crowds, just you and the ocean. At night you can see the light bugs in the area wihch is amazing! The family running the villa are very welcoming and kind. Best villa ever to rent!!!

“Amazing, relaxing”

The Villa is amazing. Very kind helping people The villa itself is perfect. You have an amazing balcony and the interior has a great taste. Very calm area, the beach is just 3 minutes away by foot. And the price is amazing for what you get ( basically a whole apartment) Really the best place I stayed in Sri Lanka.

The accommodation was top spec you had the entire floor to yourself with a big walkabouts balcony which was huge. The people who host are a very nice family even aloud my dog to stay. Can't recommend this place enough

“Nice stay”

Very pleasant accommodation, in a quiet area a few minutes from the beautiful beach. You have the entire spacious upper floor of the villa with a terrace at your disposal. The couple Nimesha and Danushka who take care of you are very smiling, kind and helpful. Namisha will help you with everything you need. You come as a tourist and leave as a family member. We highly recommend this accommodation, we will definitely come back. See you soon

“Perfect for a longer stay”

We stayed at Nilupul Villa for a month+ and it was amazing. The owners are extremely nice, super friendly people, always helpful. I needed a desk to work at, and they were so kind to arrange one for me. 😍 It is a perfect place for a longer stay. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, lots of storage facilities, hangers, shelves and lovely wooden furniture. 1 bedroom is air conditioned, both have the fans on the ceiling. There is also a moskito net over the bed. Our favourite spot here was the balcony/ terrace surrounding the 2nd floor, with the view of palm trees, birds, squirrels 🐿️ and even bats in the evening. The neighbourhood is quiet and the house is located amongs the local houses, very close to the beach. ⛱️ There is a small local shop nearby selling drinks and snacks. You can take a walk to 507 restaurant offering a variety of fresh, local food. Nilupul Villa is the excellent price to quality ratio. There is also a washing machine, well equipped kitchen with a gas hob, glasses, cups, forks etc. The beds are very comfortable and the place is clean and nice. Highly recommend. 👍🏼

“A pleasant peaceful stay”

The upstart appartment of villa Nilupul is beautiful furnished with artfully handmade wooden furniture and appliances and they create an ambiance of homeliness and beauty. The stay there was pleasant and we felt welcome and well cared for by the hosting family. They were being especially kind and helpful when I had to find a bus service to go to Colombo for one day . Thank you.

“Value for money”

The place is spacious and has everything you need: fresh bedsheets, AC, fresh towels, kitchen, fridge, plates, glasses etc. It was clean and comfy. 100% value for the price. The location is good, it is not next to the beach but a very short walking distance. probably 5 minutes. The host was very friendly, attentive and ready to help.

“Amazing place to rest”

Nice big apartment with confortable and spacious bedroom. Washing machine on site and kitchen, which is very handy. The hosts are super nice and friendly. The area is quiet and peaceful.

The hosts were incredibly helpful and supportive, we had such a wonderful stay here it was 10/10 and I would recommend it to anyone!

It was very clean and well stocked, the owner was very friendly and very helpful. It’s a beautiful house close to the beach, supermarket, town etc. I had a wonderful time here
