The villa is beautiful with huge green area around, rooms are very modern and clean with a great lake view, all rooms have AC and there is a refrigerator in room on the 3rd floor. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, also there is a washing machine you can use. The location is good, not far from the beach and big Keels shop. The stuff is very helpful and friendly, clean the room upon request and meet people with welcome drinks.

I must write this because the place and location is very calm and clean which I admire and admit at arrival. This was my first time being there and really want to visit back.Everything was simple and accurate. Room condition was also satisfying.Big enough for couple and capabilities to accommodate 03 people. Clean wash room with clean linen and towels. Really enjoyed my first visit there. Recommended for who is willing to stay village atmosphere.

Great location. Away from hustle and bustle of beaches around. Great for those who like peaceful accomodation. Amazing river view from rooms and garden. Janaka the host was very welcoming. Madu ganga river safari is just 5 mins away from there. Rooms are super clean. Would have given 10 out of 10, but there was no hot water available for bath, hence 9
