It is an absolute gem! On approaching via electric gate, the large gardens are private, well maintained and peaceful. The whole property is of a high standard and full of local historical character. The one bedroom apartment is spacious, modern, comfortable and well equipped. To top it all, a great swimming pool!

The house was amazing- plenty of space to all family, clean and stylish , kitchen had all the facilities to cook, the pool was great and had beautiful view all around, felt safe and very friendly. Location is 20 minutes from Braga, 40 minutes from Geres, 25 minutes from nice river beaches. Highly recommended to explore the North region of Portugal.

It was so beautiful! The pictures are true to how it is and actually even more than what was expected and better that the pictures. The pool is huge, the area is intimate and like its own village. Fruit trees, spacious and absolutely stunning. More than what we expected. The one bedroom house was HUGE! It was perfect.

enjoyed our stay, beautiful pool with views, nice surrounding gardens and orchards. Owner very welcoming, and interesting to learn that the property and land has been in her family for many generations, small museum with all the old farming implements. All very restful, and good sports coverage on the TV which enabled us to keep in touch with the US open tennis and Spanish cycling whilst there. Nicely done out inside the cottage. Good to have table tennis and table football available. Some pleasant places to visit in the area, but transport essential.

We loved the place. House is HUGE (+ 4 bathroom/shower for 3 rooms!). Beautiful grounds and LARGE pool (+ping-pong table). We had a really lovely stay.

The property is finished and furnished to a very high standard. Every bedroom is large with a big wardrobe and each has a modern, clean bathroom. There is also much-needed air con in every bedroom. The downstairs living area is open and large and the kitchen is very well-equipped. The grounds are beautiful and the swimming pool, which is cleaned daily, was the perfect addition! However, it was the extra touches which we appreciated the most - the provision of pool towels for every guest and the delivery of fresh oranges from the grounds ready for juicing was wonderful! Would highly recommend!

We were greeted with a smile and kindness, very warm welcome! The house located inbetween flowers and orange trees, and is fully equipped with everything you might need, the welcome gift was a huge bowl of freshly picked oranges from their own plantation. host even topped it by adding breakfast groceries - bread, butter, milk, cheese and ham 😊 The area is very quiet and walkable, the pool is large and welcoming. You will need a car though, to get to the supermarket. Thank you Odett, was a pleasure staying with you

Fantastic and spacious house. The pool and the garden are beautiful. Everything works perfectly and spotless clean. The hostess is also very friendly. Our children wander around in the garden without us fearing their safety. Last but not least- the WiFi works well!

Loved the relaxed atmosphere. The one bedroom house we stayed in was very well equipped. Pool area had beautiful views overlooking the hills. It was a real treat to go and pick fresh organic oranges from the trees and have fresh juice every day.
