“Perfect location”
Stayed in the singlerolm with a double bed and a little balcony and view of the river. Very enjoyable! The location is perfect above the free parking area and it's a very nice town. I'd love to come back! Also, delicious breakfast!

“Beautiful and charming hotel in Amarante”
Excellent location and a charming little hotel. The decoration of the room is very simple, but the rest of the building is historic and very well put together. The room was very clean and the heating worked well. Amazing breakfast with the option of eating al fresco, weather permiting.

Well located next to free carpark and close to riverside walks and the centre of the old city. Simple well presented breakfast. Added value came from in-house bar/ restaurant. Characterful decor.

Very nice hostel in a central area in Amarante. The stuff are nice and friendly. I stayed in a dorm. The bed was very comfortable . I had very good sleep. The breakfast waa also nice and you could ask for a nice coffee in the bar.

The dormitory beds don’t have any privacy. There’s 2 of them side by side and almost no separation between them. When we arrived, another guest was in the bed that was assigned to me. She told me the hostel moved her because her previous bed smelled like cigarettes. The hostel didn’t tell me anything in advance and when I asked the reception they suggested that I used her previous bed because they “believed” she didn’t lay there before.

“Lovely relaxed stay in beautiful Amarante, but maybe not the best room for us.”
Great location, lovely bar and cafe, kind staff, cool decor and vibe, very clean and good value. Our room had a little Juliet balcony overlooking the river.

“The hotel is ideally situated...overlooking the river!”
The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious...fresh squeezed juice, cheese, cold meats and an assortment of breads.
