The staff were really amazing...from the reception to security to cleaners.. The flat was clean and fresh..The sea view was the best !!! The pool was clean . My kids loved the game room

Communication to reception is not up to standard. After my booking was made, paid, and confirmed I still had to wait for receptionist to phone one person after the other.

“Love the setting, love the layout of units, love they are well equipped, love hearing the waves”
We have stayed here several times on previous visits to South Africa and we love that the Illovo Beach is so unspoilt and natural - NOT commercialised and over developed - the beach is pristine, virgin beach - it's wild and beautiful. The accommodation units are equipped to have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are most helpful and pleasant, with many of them having been there for years. The units all face the ocean and have lovely big balconies to sit-out on. The beds are comfy, there's good hot water flow (and no pressure loss when others are showering).

I liked everything about my stay, the house was very clean even the rest room. Game room was very interesting i even learnt how to play the pool. The staff was amazing especially Dephney (the receiptionist) she is friendly and always willing to help everytime. Definetly coming back.
