“Disgraceful service staff were rude and unprofessional.”
The property advertisement gave the impression of a resort style with pool and facilities. Unfortunately this was false we were told we couldn’t use the pool and after some discussion and we showed the listing they agreed we could use the pool. Very poor no-one wants to go on holidays and be treated in the manner we were.
