“Unfortunately this was not a good experience and I do not see myself using booking.com again”
Firstly my sister and I could not stay at Wohnung 4 . We arrived at the address and could not gain access, my sister-in-law rang Rafael for the reason there was no key or code. On finally getting through, she was told that there was a problem with the apartment. He said an e-mail was sent to me to confirm this. I received no e-mail, my sister-in-law was then told we were relocated to Mulweg 2 apartments accross town. Only when the phone call finished did an e-mail come through. The Mulweg apartment was not in the location where we wanted to be and was a great inconveniece for my sister and I. The cost of the Mulweg apartment for a four night stay is 373 euro , I paid 476euro so I expect 103 euro to be refunded and 20% of the overall price to be refunded by way of compensation for the inconvenience caused.
