“Quiet stay in a very comfortable accommodation in an excellent location”

It was as expected a very quiet location far from any kind of noise, in which only ships, cows and green meadows were around us. They offered us some local products which were really excellent!

The views were fabulous and the home was well equipped for a wonderful family stay. The kids especially loved the games room!

A lovely property in a quiet location and very child friendly. The stairs were fitted with child safety gates and there was a safe play and seating area outside. Plenty of parking was also available and there were a couple of very nice eating places within a very short drive of the property.

The house is amazing, big and comfortable, the underfloor heating was a big plus. The location is also amazing, with breathtaking views of Scotland's hills and wildlife. Debbie was amazing. She welcomed us with fresh eggs and lemon cake. The house was spotless, clean, clean, fresh linen, and towels were provided.

The location and accommodation were perfect for our stay - two couples with a passion for wildlife. The freshly baked cake and fresh eggs were very welcome when we arrived.

location was awesome surrounded by farmland, ideal for a chillout break. recommend a visit to Reekie Linn Waterfall , only a mile up the road !! shops only a few miles down the road and we could have had shopping delivered. We did have a meal delivered at night from a local takeaway which was great. Debbie was a great host, left us some fresh eggs and a tasty lemon cake !

Fantastic place! Debbie left eggs and lemon cake for us, plus a hand-written note about the neighborhood and upcoming events. We didn't personally meet her, but still felt her friendliness. Rooms are spacious, kitchen well-equipped. Location is far from villages / cities, but you know it when you go there. Peel Farm is couple of kilometers away, try their pie, especially the one with boar. The waterfall is a nice walk, too.

A beautiful house very tastefully done, a real pleasure to stay in and the games room was a huge hit with the kids (and the adults!) Great for dogs too as the garden is completely enclosed. Lovely owners who left a delicious home baked cake and fresh eggs. Great views from every window, especially when we woke up to snow!
