Wonderful little cottage,clean and tidy with great facilities,great location and great value.

“COSY CAMLANN”

We stayed here for 4 days, parking isn't available but only minutes away, a bit bumpy and a slight hill until around the corner, lovely shared garden at the front and beautiful private garden out the back where I managed to sit and enjoy the spring sunshine. Spacious bedroom lovely and airy and cosy livingroom and kitchen, we took full advantage of the log fire, there was a small amount of wood etc but only lasted around 15 minutes so we went out an bought more and lit the fire later at night but still an extra expense.

the location was great easy walk into center for meals etc. very close to two golf courses. Never used any of the cooking facilities as we ate out but they looked ok.

It's always lovely to return to this cottage. We keep coming back to Camlann because it is always spotlessly clean, comfortable, and the location is absolutely ideal for spending a few days exploring and visiting old friends and family.  Thank you Camlann, we're already looking forward to our next visit!

The village was lovely and peaceful as was the cottage. We had a lovely relaxing few nights away. The cottage was really cosy and had everything you needed. Good local amenities in the village, pub/restaurant and local shop 50M away, village square with more shops 100M away. We never used the wood fire but would make it even cosy. Good communication Instructions are clear for entry etc.

“A perfect escape for two.”

Whilst right in the centre of the peaceful village of Alyth and only a minute from the shops, Camlann is tucked away in a peaceful, secluded spot with a beautifully maintained rear garden to sit in the sun. Our focus was open water swimming (from Pitlochry to Loch Clunie) but we also found some beautiful local walks such as the Den of Alyth.

Lovely little cottage – warm and comfortable. So enjoyed my cup of tea in the beautiful garden in the sunshine every morning. Well equipped kitchen Very comfortable bed. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful neighbourhood. Looking forward to my return visit later in the year when I might get the opportunity to enjoy the fire!

Nice and quiet location, very well equipped , everything we needed. Tried the fish and chips, excellent, very generous with their portions! Good location for visiting places of interest. Definitely recommend Camlann for your future stay. Parking just 5 mins away.

Quiet location perfect for our visit to Aylth to visit family. Very clean, warm and comfortable accommodation perfect for us. We didn't light the log fire but appreciate that this would be amazing in the winter months. The garden a little haven.

Beautiful quaint little cottage off the main thoroughfare in a quiet square with communal garden. Private garden to sit out at the rear. Beautiful flowers in full bloom when we were there. The property was clean with a spacious bedroom and comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. A home from home.

“To be EVOIDED”

EVOID THIS HOUSE. No drive way or near parking, have to drag your luggage for 5 minutes. Old house smell persistent, the bed is very uncomfortable on springs. Ruf pillows, the shower at your choice, or very hot or very cold, can't have the warm way. The fridge keeps leaking, and tiny tv with no tv channels! But you can use other people/clients private accounts ( prime, Netflix) that are on the TV and not been deleted for data protection legislation. You will need a very strong man strength to open the back door. And the most you will stay in the dark and cold because of regular power outrage! And to add to your unpleasant stay you will have the landlady Claire to ask you via a message to take the rubbish out. She was very rude to us because we left one day earlier for urgent personal matters and not been able to clean the place due to power outrage therefore NO ELECTRICITY OR HOT WATER FROM 7AM UNTIL WE LEFT AT 1PM. Very disappointed and very bad customer service!

Great size, comfortable, cozy cottage. Brilliant location within the town, central but set back from main road so very quiet. All the facilities that you’d need for a short layover; a large king size bed, open fire with logs provided, warm powerful shower & milk in fridge for arrival. Really love this wee gem off a cottage.

We felt at home. We found Camlann to be a super cosy and charming place. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you could need. I want to point out that the kitchen was super well equipped with all kinds of utensils and the bed was really comfortable. The outside garden is beautiful and provided extra tranquillity during our stay. The location of the apartment is good as it allows you to move around Scotland with ease.
