Great place to stay on the holiday. The localication is perfect - close to Alikes beach, restaurants, supermarket and cafes.. The apartment is big, very clean and have everything what we nedded. The owner, Mrs. Anna and her granddaughter were very kind, friendly and helpful. If we come back one day on Zakynthos, we will choose this place to stay.

Villa Anna Alikes has an exceptional location, close to Alikes Beach, bars, cafes, and restaurants with live music. It offers parking spots, a supermarket, and other amenities all within a 20-100 meter radius, with reasonable prices. The property is well-equipped with comfortable beds, air conditioning, an iron, a washing machine, a juicer, a refrigerator, and more. It also features a spacious balcony with chairs and a large table, offering a partial sea view and a view of a restaurant terrace that hosts live music and shows. The property itself is spacious. At the entrance, there was a faucet to easily wash off sand from our feet and shoes. The villa owner, Mrs. Anna, is very hospitable and kind. She treated us to boiled eggs in the morning, fresh from her own hens, along with fruits and other delights. Alikes Beach is quite large, equipped with showers, sun loungers, and food and drink service right on the beach. It is not overly crowded, with sun lounger sets (one umbrella and two loungers) costing 15 euros and reasonably priced food. The water was perfect, neither too warm nor too cold, making it ideal for families with small children as it is not deep. Alikes is a sandy beach. Nearby is Xigia Sulfur Beach, a natural spa of the island. It's best to visit Xigia after 6 PM when it’s less crowded. The beach is small with cold water. To experience its therapeutic effects, it is recommended to visit the beach for 10 days, spending at least 30 minutes each day in the sea. We also visited Laganas and Gerakas Beach. Gerakas Beach is a protected area due to the nesting of Caretta turtles, with access to the beach restricted before 7:00 AM. Despite this, we had an exceptional moment witnessing the hatching of turtle eggs, although it's quite difficult to catch due to the restrictions. Sun loungers cost 40 euros, which seems a bit excessive. Laganas Beach is crowded, likely because many people come to see the Caretta Caretta turtles, but offers many facilities.

Our stay was exceptional. Location was perfect and Anna was the most friendly and kind person. Would definitely stay again.

Good location. Bars are nearby, there is a place to park your car. We came only to sleep, so I won't say anything about the beach, except that it is not far. The landlady provided chilled water and eggs :) It was a bit difficult to find the villa, but we figured it out quickly on the phone (it turns out we were nearby). The hostess helped in finding a boat for rent. The hostess, a well-known Ukrainian woman, was very helpful.
