The location and the garden are amazing

Everything - the cozy appartment, just a few steps to the pool and the sea and a really nice beach bar just around the fence :) Our host Dimitris was very friendly, he and his family took care about everything we needed (e.g. car rental, boat rental) Its a very peaceful spot, like a secret esape. We will definitely come again :)

perfect host and great service. They even offered 2 child mooster sets for the car we rented - as a gift. A-ma-zing - location!!!! Far from everywhere but near everything you miught need. The sea is better than perfect with kids - shallow for about 50 meters in! Sula in the bar next door is the kindest person on the whole island :) She offered us the SUP-s to take any time we wanted! :) - Ahhhh... will definitely return.

Everything was amazing, checkin, apartment and views were amazing

Host was on hand to look after us, for our winter visit to see friends. Rooms were clean and Aircon was used to keep the room at a temperature we needed.

Worth the money, for every cent! Amazing location, close to the Alykes Village (about 2km) away from the citys disturbing noices. Potamakia sea side is new build and every thing inside is fresh, new furnitures, clean and modern with much space and very nice wifi, perfect green yard (there is also parking in the yard) in front of the apartments (no mosquitos at all)where you can relax and enjoy the view of the sea. We were very sattisfied with the cleanness of the apartment when we arrived but also during our stay there. The sea is only 10m from your door and it is very clean and not deep. A big advantage is the small beach bar called Golden Escape on the beach where you can eat tastefull snacks and cold drinks. The place is real paradise on The Zakynthos Island. I will definately visit this place again!

The apartment is located on the beach, you always have the sea in full view. The owner and the young woman working in the beach club next to the apartment were super friendly. Air-condition units in every room
