“Prefect location, GREAT food, adorable rooms!!!”
The location is a main asset for the hotel as well as the well groomed staffs with their knowledge of how a hotel runs. The room service staffs and front office staffs are well aware of their roles and duties. The in-house food service and contents were top notch!!! There wouldn’t be nothing short of saying, Park Residency Arcadia, Aluva is a wonderful place for stay, food & worth every penny.

In food service they won’t oblige . They say they stick to there hotel timings only . They won’t oblige for 30 mins early breakfast also

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. They can improve on breakfast menu and wifi connection problems were there ( Poor connectivity) .

The staff. Exceptionally helpful, kind and always greet you with a smile. The hotel was well maintained, clean and up to a good standard. The location is also good. Drivers can easily find it.
