The couple of nights we stayed in the home of Nishi and Vijay was simply wonderful! They are truly the most heartful and caring hosts imaginable and they made us feel completely welcomed and at home. They really took care of us helping us with every single need we had. The food here is exquisite, healthy and super aromatic. You can't find better food in any restaurant in the whole city! We are proudly recommending this place to anyone who wants to have a lovely stay in Alwar with our dearest friends Nishi and Vijay. Hopefully one day we can visit this wonderful home again!!

“Best homestay in Alwar, felt like home”

Hands down the most amazing homestay in Alwar, the host is super helpful and they stay felt like home. In my 10 day travel plan covering 5 states, this was the only time that I ate home made meal which felt like my mother made it for me.

Vijay and Nishi were very welcoming and weee able to give advice on how to travel, where to eat etc. They sorted out a problem we had with a driver and also booked tuktuks when we needed them. Breakfasts and chai were all delicious.

A very pleasant and good value home stay/guest house, where we stayed in a large, comfortable and clean room. The guest house organised our pickup and drop off from/to Delhi and a trip to and around the Sariska Tiger reserve - I had tried to book the latter myself but was told by the reserve that no shared jeeps were available, and that we'd have to pay more for a jeep for our exclusive use, so I contacted the Travel Curiosity Homestay and they sorted places in a shared jeep straight away. What really makes the Travel Curiosity Homestay however, are the hosts - a charming couple who wait on your every need and who are more than happy to take the time to explain to you anything you need to know about Alwar and its main sights, as well as wider Indian culture and cuisine. The breakfasts and evening meals were a joy, not just because the home cooked food tasted so good, but also because of the conversations that we had with the hosts.

Fantastic place to stay and outstanding hospitality of the owners. They are really sweet couple who will organize for your everything you may need: delicious food, tuk tuk driver and share their recommendations. The room is spacious and clean, with fan as well as air conditioning. Wifi was fast so I had no problems doing my online work. Overall, great experience and I wish I could have stayed longer!

The two hosts are really sweet and caring, they’ve prepared for us super early breakfast and arranged a tuc tuc that brought us to the railway station. The guest house is really beautiful, nice and quiet location. Highly recommended!!

We had the most amazing stay at the Travel Curiosity Homestay! The hosts were so welcoming and made us feel like we were part of the place. They also gave us valuable tips on sightseeing in Alwar.
