“Comfy bed, good location, okay breakfast.”
The room was fine, although it was very warm and the air conditioning was hard to regulate. Okay breakfast - I would have hoped for some eggs or cheese, but… The location is good if you arrive at the train station, city center and bazaars are a 15 minute walk away, and it was always easy to find an auto-rickshaw just outside. The staff was cordial enough, although they were unwilling to give any support, referring to an external travel agent for any enquiry.

“An excellent Alwar hotel!”
The staff were friendly, polite and helpful- particularly the young man who served our breakfast each morning - excellent! Our room was spacious, well equipped and clean. The communal areas of the hotel were well cared for and inviting. The location of the hotel worked really well for us and provided a great base for our stay. Breakfast selection was excellent. The food was well cooked and served and very tasty. We ate at the restaurant each night and again the food was delicious! We highly recommend this hotel, we had an excellent stay!

There is no supply of water, instead of complaining many times to the reception desk there is no action taken. I have been repeatedly telling that i need to leave early for work however the staff is completely unresponsive and have done nothing about it! The staff is not at all helpful or courteous!
