The Villa was beautiful. Clean, comfortable with everything you could need and more. Location was perfect quiet but few minutes walk to shops, restaraunts and bars and 10 min walk to beach. Eduardo who welcomed us was great and communicaton was excellent.

Wow - Beautiful modern property set over two floors with its own pool and hot tub. Views of the bay and nature reserve looking over to Lagos are outstanding. Amazing host from booking, check in, keeping in touch. Excellent location, a few minutes walk to centre with restaurants and bars but still quiet.

This property exceeded expectations, it was extremely well equipped for a holiday home, particularly in the kitchen & they included cleaning equipment & plentiful supplies of toilet roll, dishwasher & washing tablets which was nice. I was greeted upon arrival, the mid-stay clean was impeccable, clear instructions at all times. There were also amazing views from the hot tub & the TV was enormous !! Fantastic location in the middle of the village within a short walk of all the bars & restaurants (& only 10 mins to the beach), yet quiet (apart from when the church bells chimed). Would definitely recommend & go back.

Quality accommodation, all relevant appliances available and modern up to date. Great location being in heart of restaurants and bars but also quiet and peaceful. Quality beach nearby -5-10 minutes walking.

My wife & I have just stayed at the villa with our 5 year old and everything about it was perfect. Eduardo our host was great with brilliant communication through WhatsApp both prior to and during our stay. The beds are comfy and all rooms have air con and black out shutters. Kitchen huge and has everything you could need. Jacuzzi on the first floor terrace was great and the pool, whilst small was nice and good to cool down in (not big enough to do lengths in but good for our 5 year old) Washing machine in garage useful. Location couldn’t have been better, literally a 2 minute walk to the main restaurants/bars etc but on a very quiet dead end street near a lovely church. Church bells do ring on the half hour/hour but stop through the night. Great views from the balcony and terrrace and west facing so lovely sunsets. Would stay again!

It's almost impossible to find a villa with a pool and garage in the centre of a place like Alvor, so it's fairly unique. Our host Eduardo met us at the property and was always on hand to deal with any issues and offer excellent advice. The property is very modern, well equipped and very comfortable, with superb views out over the bay. We were literally yards from the town and it's wonderful selection of bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance to the boardwalks over the dunes and wetlands and, of course, Alvor Beach.

Beautiful, modern villa in the heart of Alvor. Fantastic space inside and out with a great pool, 4 sun loungers and a jacuzzi on the upper terrace. Restaurants and bars on your doorstep and within walking distance of the beach. Plenty towels provided and some essentials to get you started like soap in the bathrooms and a mini kitchen pack with cloth, washing up liquid etc. Great communication from Carla the agent from the time of booking. Always quick to respond and happy to answer any queries we had.

Excellent communication from the owner from booking to check out. Extremely clean, tidy and well-presented villa. 2 minute walk from the centre of Alvor which has lots of bars, restaurants and activities to offer. Hot tub and swimming pool were superb and the chlorine/pH etc. levels were monitored by professionals during our stay. Very comfortable beds. Good storage in the bedrooms for clothes. Both bedrooms are upstairs. One has direct access to the upper terrace (with hot tub) and is ensuite with a bath. The 2nd bedroom is spacious and although it is not ensuite it has a separate bathroom right beside it. There is also a third toilet on the ground floor. The whole villa is modern with a massive TV, electric shutters for the windows and a well-equipped kitchen. No problems with noise or neighbours. Really can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for fantastic accommodation in the Algarve for two adult couples this place ticks all the boxes. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect accommodation. Very secure, quiet location. Great facilities and a wonderful selection of welcome gifts to assist until we could get to the supermarket. Exceptionally clean, lots of towels and plenty of space for the three of us, could easily accommodate four and possibly more if they were small children in travel cots
