Spotless accommodation, great location with roof top with sea views and stunning sunsets. Pool on site although we chose to swim at the beach. Close enough to walk to shops and bars and good access to the main roads to explore the rest of the Algarve.

The whole place was PRISTINE! the roof top was a lovely bonus aswell.

We were self catering. The location Was perfect, 5 minutes to walk into the village and a 15 minute leisurely walk to the beach ⛱️

“Perfect Holiday”

The apartment was perfect in every way. Modern, extremely clean, 2 terraces with various seating and dining options lots of kitchen equipment, cleaning products, every little thing was thought of. Perfect location near some of the best restaurants, cafes and next door to a great supermarket. Loved every moment. Thank you to our lovely, friendly host.

Beautiful apartment with a lovely host, in a gated block with a private roof terrace to enjoy the sunsets from and a communal pool. Fully equipped with excellent quality appliances, including coffee machine, dish washer and washing machine, ironing board, iron and Hairdryer, and extra towels for pool use. Perfectly located for walking into the village and next door to a very good supermarket. Plenty of good Restaurants, Cafes and Bars to choose from along the 5 minute walk into the centre of Alvor.

Good service from Guillaume the host, he was on hand to meet us and explain the facilities and was on hand if we needed him during the stay. With the balcony and the roof top terrace we had great views and plenty of space to chill out or sunbathe.

Guillaume was at the property waiting to hand the keys to us & gave us a quick tour of the apartment for anything we needed, not that we did as every amenity you needed to have was there. The apartment was close to everything we needed, the supermarket was next door & what a great supermarket with a vast range of goods for all your needs. Only a 5-10 mins walk into the main Alvor town, and to the river estuary & beach taking about another 10 mins, that's if you did not linger at the many bars, restaurants or ice cream shops. Great view of the estuary from the roof terrace & tables, chairs, loungers all supplied. We have been to close by apartments before so we knew the location was on a main road which can be busy during daytime as a main route into Alvor but we knew that. All said it was quiet at night with electric shutters closed we were not disturbed at night, security gate entry to enter the property complex so a safe place to stay.

The best apartment we have ever stayed in alvor. Everything was fantastic. Owner was so helpful in every way. Would book no way else if staying in alvor. Thx for everything.

We visited last year and delighted to see that the high standards and amenities have been maintained. Two new sun loungers on the terrace since our last visit is a great addition. Excellent location, rooftop views extensive and Guallaume was once again a great host. We have already booked for next year!

Perfect property in an ideal location provided by a first class host. Communication with owner was quick and easy and he made some excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Everything in the apartment was of the highest quality and the bed extremely comfortable. The views from the balcony and roof top terrace are stunning. I think you’d be hard pushed to find a better property in Alvor!

The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. The host is very pleasant and accommodating. He has noted previous reviews and added sun loungers to the roof top terrace. We will definitely be returning in the near future.
