“Little bit of paradise in Central Location”

The property was very central but also very private. The accommodation had everything you could want. Even though we shared garden with owners we didn't feel we were being watched still felt very private. We were 2 couples with our own houses with both front and back gardens to chill out in

Excellent communication with Daniel and very helpful when we had an issue with our car. Also allowed us to stay longer on checkout day as no one else was coming in which was appreciated.

Lovely place, very peaceful. Good size terrace out side Casa Amendoira, we got a small paddling pool for our toddler and we're able to lounge and eat out there.

This is our third stay at Quinta David and will be back again. The property is amazing and the location is one of the best! Daniel and Carina are fabulous hosts.

The apartment is brilliantly equipped, light and well appointed. The communication was fantastic with the host. Centrally located you have all you need at hand . Garden area is well attended and quiet to relax.

The location is excellent, quite, beautiful gardens, and supermarket 2 min walk from house. Relaxing gardens to chill out i, with very clean pool. Hosts very helpful and kind. House was perfect, and seating terrace outside with sun beds for us too.

The place was fabulous, clean spacious safe . It was just perfect. The area was lovely food great people were really nice and helpful. Easy access to everywhere..

“We found our little piece of heaven at Quinta David - 5 stars are not enough!”

Can’t believe how lucky we were to find availability at Quinta David and thus the most perfect stay. Once inside the gates, you are in your own little piece of heaven with beautiful gardens, private pool and spacious, extremely well-equipped, modern accommodation which was spotlessly clean and well-presented. The (massive) bed was so comfortable and we both slept better than ever, feeling totally rejuvenated after our stay. We received a warm welcome from our hosts and friendly pets - a lovely family who live in the main house and are on hand if you need anything or advice but who respect your privacy at all times. The patio space at the front overlooking the gardens and pool is perfect for morning sun and the large patio area at the rear with views over fields where the sun shone all afternoon/evening, just makes this the best place to stay in Alvor if you want quiet, peaceful surroundings with shops (just a stones throw to smaller Intermarche), restaurants, harbour area & beach all but a short walk away. We would definitely recommend a stay here and would love to return - 5 stars from us!

Private semi rural setting, beautiful spacious gardens, great pool, excellent accommodation and fantastic host! Quinta David is a little oasis in Alvor, conveniently located for the beach, harbour, nature reserve and shopping. The bonus was a lovely old dog and chatty ginger cat making it home from home x

“Exceptional Stay”

Gorgeous house with lovely pool and garden available to use. Daniel and Carina were very nice hosts and we were especially grateful for them allowing us to include my daughter and family after the original booking. The house was very well equipped and exceptionally clean. Fantastic location too, close to Alvor centre and the beach. I would recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in Alvor.

“Fabulous accomodation in Alvor.”

The location is perfect. Just a short stroll into the town with it's bars and restaurants. The house was perfect and has everything a couple could possibly need. The supermarket is 3 minutes walk. Set in it's own pretty grounds with use of a shared swimming pool, gardens and terraced front and back to enjoy morning and afternoon sun. We enjoyed the visit from the lovely elderly dog who visited us daily to say hello.

Location is excellent and the fit and finish of the accommodation is brilliant. The owners are approachable and friendly as were all staff members we met. A quiet part of town but local amenities easily accessible.
