We liked everything about the hotel and the staff were exceptional. Excellent service from Pedro at breakfast and João in the restaurant for dinner. All the staff were exceptionally good at what they did.

We loved everything. It's location was perfect. The rooms, dining room, pool area all were immaculate. The variety and quality of the breakfast was amazing. The hotel is located right on the beach with miles of boardwalks leading right from the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

“Nice modern design but lacking atmosphere.”
The hotel is new(ish) and is kept spotlessly clean by a team of housekeepers who appear to be working from morning to night. Location wise, it is at best a 20 minute walk into Alvor. It is right on the beachfront which would have been great if the weather conditions had allowed us to venture onto the beach, which it did not. Other than that this and other hotels surrounding it are pretty much isolated.

The hotel was excellent; on the beach but only a 15 min walk to town; staff were friendly and helpful; our shower was leaking so we were moved to a new room which had a much nicer outlook; we were given a bottle of sparkling wine for the inconvenience; we were then given a lovely cake as it was my birthday; the staff couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome; the bed was very comfortable with lovely clean crisp bedding;
