“A lovey property , very clean, close to town and only a few minutes walk to the beach.”

The lady Ana that met us was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. She informed us a few places worth visiting in the area while showing us the house. Even though we were 30 minutes later than the check in time and we left 2 hours after the check out time we didn't get charged extra which I thought was nice of the host. We stayed in early April and the area was quite but still had small crowds to give it atmosphere. We were a party of 5 adults and one child and the house was a perfect size for us, the main bedroom has an ensuite while the other 2 bedrooms shared another bathroom with bath and shower . Also there was another toilet down stairs. The garden was nice and sheltered and the Pool was lovely but not heated, which wasn't a problem for us. I would recommend this house for a family that likes to have a quite stay ,be able to walk to the local beach and also be able to stroll into town for a nice meal and a few drinks in the evenings

The property was very close to the beach and town with some very nice places to eat and drink. The property had a nice pool and garden which is bigger in person than photos. Property was clean and rooms were a good size. The management were easy to contact and responded quickly. Overall it was great place to stay and would return.

Perfect Location as only a very short walk to Alvor and the beach. Have been coming to Alvor for 15 years now with my wife and now our kids and this is a great location, quiet with your own pool and easy distance to the town for dinner etc. I would recommend it for young families.

I have stayed in this street before. First time in a villa with a pool in the area. Pool area was lovely and very well maintained. The location of the property is perfect. A short walk to the centre of the town and 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The property was very clean and comfortable. 1 king size room with en suite. 1 x room with double bed, 1 x twin bed room and a very comfortable double sofa bed. Separate bathroom upstairs and a downstairs loo. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates, glasses and cooking utensils. All communications with Ana were polite and she was quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely stay again if we got the same price as this trip.

The location was fab, in great walking distance of bars/restaurants and beach. Pool was great. Wonderful amount of space, garden is lovely.

The location fantastic, right in the town very quiet considering. Great sized back yard with fully opening double doors. Towel provision sufficient with good quality bed linens. Garden maintenance high standard and pool cleaned weekly. Barbecue absolutely fantastic and used on a couple of occasions. Great idea to have bikes and these were used by the kids and myself. Off street parking essential for me with less risk of damage to the car and the electric gates added additional security. Didn’t mind the noise from the adjoining school. This is an urban area and you can’t expect silence all the time, but at night you cannot hear a thing and that’s most important. Overall however place a little tired & needs some money spent on it. The rooms overall in great condition, walls well maintained & plenty of kitchen utensils and equipment.

Villa was fab, Ana was a lovely host. Perfect location to all facilities. Will definitely book again 👍
