Upon arrival, our check-in was quick and seamless. The restaurant was very nice, great music, great wine and very good food. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. And being so close to the airport is a definite plus.

“Highly recommended for late arrivals or early departures”
The hotel’s location was perfect, just 100 meters from the airport terminal. I arrived late in the morning (01:30), so being so close was a huge plus. Ideal for convenience and ease of travel.

Closest you could get to the Morelia airport. Free shuttle to the airport as well was very helpful.

“First and last time staying here”
I stayed due to early return flight but the smell of the room was bad it smelled like mold n dirty the pillows smelled really bad too I was just not ok with the dirty comforter and there’s no tv signal no Chanel’s were available. My first and last time staying here.

The location is excellent. The security check at the airport is a 6 minute walk from the door.

Not enough (or any) towels in the rooms- stayed here on my way in and on my way out of the country. The restaurant had terrible service. The server didn’t know how to take orders and then forgot to place one of the orders.
