Excellent and very clean house in a quiet and calm place. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts are friendly, they always help immediately if necessary, always in touch. The rooms have air conditioning and hot water, the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine. Backyard with beautiful palm trees overlooking the jungle. Behind the fence at the back of the house there is a river with big lizards/warans, which you can feed at any time. Monkeys also often come to the backyard. In front of the house there is a wonderful space under a canopy with a fan for enjoying a cup of coffee or even dinner in nature. We stayed in this house with three children for almost 3 weeks, safe and comfortable. As for the distance from the ocean, in the day time we often use a tuk-tuk. There is no problem getting to the best beach behind the reef on the border of Moragalla and Beruwala in 7-10 minutes - 3 km (this is no more than 300 lkr). Walking distance to the nearest beach of Moragalla is 15 minutes (1.2 km). Ventura Beach in Bentota (3.4 km) is about 10 minutes by tuk-tuk. Morning Fish Market at Beruwala is also in 10 minutes by tuk-tuk.
