“An unreal stay at an unreal place”
What an amazing place this is. It began with the road from the airport to the property and then the private road towards the accommodation in between the mountains. Just incredibly beautiful. The staff was helpful and the sweet bellman was so kind, much kudos to him. The girl who was sitting at the counter was also so sweet and complimented my mom her abaya. Her service was great. All the staff their kindness was amazing. We loved our room. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and even in the desert, the place could provide hot running water. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and the place was provided with water in the fridge to drink from. The surroundings at the place were just something which cannot even be described. Actually, you'd like to stay at the accommodation all day for the views from your room and the amenities provided by the hotel. The place was so quiet and beautifully lit in the evening. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The man who baked the omelettes and pancakes knew how to make them, because wow, these were tasty! Loved every minute of our stay here and wish we could stay here for much more days!!!

Everything was amazing from the customer service and support even before we arrived (especially Enaam,Mais) to the amazing central location near all main attractions، the amazing tent like 5 star room , good faciluties and helpful staff (especially Sheryar and laal mia). Great job guys.

It was mentioned on the website that it has indoor and outdoor kid's play areas but they were nowhere to be seen. A gym was also mentioned which wasn't there. Same for the pool which frankly speaking maybe they began creating it.

Location is amazing, as is the approach in the day but at nights even better. Large comfy rooms and lived the design. Some days breakfast wasn’t enough choice but I found it to be more than enough
