The whole house with lots of outdoor space was available to us with the owner living outside the compound. The place was very well secured and beautiful views of the mountains. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. The owner Picked us up from the airport free of charge despite insisting. The Bedouin house in the front garden was amazing and comfortable in the evening. The house was very well lit. Very near the city centre and it is recommended to have a car.

The place itself is very nice. Since it's outside of the city, it gives you the feeling of staying in the countryside and thus it's very quiet and peaceful. Very charming garden and various spots to hang around the house with private entry. The house is very well equipped. But what makes this place very unique is the host, Mohammed. He's an amazing man, very social, very kind and always making sure you have everything you need. Can't wait to get back and stay with Mohammed again.

Private atmosphere, you literally have the house and large garden to yourself. Very friendly and facilitating host (thank you Mohammed), who lives next door and always available to any of your needs. Don't be discouraged by the last kilometer drive to the place, as once inside, you are in a different place. Outdoors have a arabic feel with bedouin tent, outdoor fire place and bbq. It might not be a 5 star but it facilitates to you needs and comes with the pivacy and outdoor that you definite dont get in a hotel in the city .. definite value for money.

What a lovely house! It's big, comfortable and well equipated. We felt at home. The courtyard is so beautiful, surrounded by mountains and with some spaces created just to relax and enjoy. Mohammed really cared that we had a good experience. He is respectful and kind. We could understand and appreciate better Saudi Arabia with him. Totally recomend! To get the house just follow Google Maps, it works fine.

The day before our arrival, the host contacted us over Whatsapp with driving instructions (pin) and warm welcome greetings. Construction works and the final small road did indeed make the arrival a little bit awkward (we arrived after sun set), however, once you pass the first entrance gate, you enter a completely different environment, which gets even better when you pass the second gate where the house itself is located. Surrounded by mountain views, you will have your own fully stand alone house (bungalow type), with up to 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, living and large outside (sandy) garden. Wifi is provided for free, as are all towels, cutlery, plates, sandals and so on. The host will welcome you warmly in Arab/Saudi style with coffee and tea. He will also remain available by whatsapp during your stay and assist you with all day-to-day enquiries you might have, also suggesting the best places to visit as a Al Ula tourist depending on your preferences. Nicely located at South Al-Ula, you are only about 15 minutes away from Dadan and old Town, 25 minutes from Hegra and Elephant Rock.
