The booking was cancelled the day before i was due to stay, I'm still waiting for a refund!!! Hotels is now housing immigrants and i cant get hold of anyone for a refund. Appalling from best western this!!!

Why are you so very stupid? We did not stay there! Why would we when it was closed with 24 hours notice for MIGRANTS. Why can’t you refund me instead of making me fight for my money refund. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE. CANCELLED ON 30TH OCTOBER AND ON THE 19TH NOVEMBER NO REFUND. WHY NOT. BOOKING.COM A DISGRACE. YOU CAN’T EVEN RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES. “Government renting out every room in the hotel for asylum seekers”
It got cancelled the day before I was about to stay there, like in the early afternoon, they said it had been cancelled due to I’m guessing the government for asylum seekers & I’ve not been able to check my bank account as away on holiday to see if I’ve been refunded, so didn’t or don’t rate the property or level of service

“Ok for 1 night stay and leave your car there whilst on holiday but wouldn’t recommend the hotel and probably not book ag”
Location to Manchester airport was good and you can leave your car there for duration of your holiday evening meal was good value and nice young waitress was brilliant very pleasant and helpful
