i was not told it was a telephone check in!!! i did not have a charged mobile and had to ask another guest to call for me. I was trapped outside. !!! for 20 mins. You should tell guests in advance if there will be no one at the hotel when they arrive.

Recently I had lots of booking orders by this APP incl. car rental, hotel reservation, flight tickets booking. Sometimes make me convenient, but last week when we try to book the hotel , due to the wrong location of city names are similar in Chinese, after ordered, we found that immediately nearly in 5 min. then we try to cancel and book again for the right, and we have sent the e-mail to clarify this situation and wish to get the expense refund, but so far no reaction on that. which make me spend double living expense for one night. If Booking company like this kind of business concept, I will give up Booking. no feedback so far

We used this hotel a a stopover on our way from Budapest to the black forest in Germany. Great place just a stone throw away from the main square with several restaurants. Very good value for money. The hotel has a big parking lot behind the hotel so no worries to park your car. Nice decent breakfast. Definitely a place I would recommend.
