Toilet seat was half broken. They had a disco party going on beside our room We asked for a quiet room, but it was far from our request.

Very fancy and posh. The dining room and lobby looked beautiful and amazing. The room was very good and neat. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We especially liked the indoor pool and the complimentary breakfast in the morning which included hot food such as waffles eggs and home fries as well as coffee and juice and water with ice. The location was great and right in the middle of lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

It’s a wonderful place to relax and not have to leave. To have the bar/restaurant on location is great. The bonus is, the prices are great and the atmosphere is relaxed.

1 night stay. Didn't use the pool or take advantage of the free breakfast. The room was nice, and it was clean. Staff were friendly. Plenty of parking. And, the hotel bar was very nice.

Comfortable beds, nice indoor pool area, decent breakfast, and friendly staff.

I was not able to actually stay in the room.....long story....due to a delayed flight in Pitts I was unable to make the stay here....BUT something to be said about staff they did allow me to utilize the showers 4 hours after the actual check out AFTER i was able to attend the meetings that required my travel....so at least I could return to airport clean and shaven.....My experience with travels and prepaid reservations is that this WAS really a bit unexpected yet very much appreciated have had similar circumstances in the past that hotel management would have charged another day just to do so. I am grateful.

really liked the hotel. it looked stunning, rooms were spacious. beds laid nice, multiple pillows with various hardness. tv connection was very well. staff were very friendly.

Everything was excellent from service/ cleanliness, etc. if I have one suggestion would be full size pillows on bed. There was 4 ok pillows on the comfortable king size bed. But pillows were small size like a throw pillow.
