“Horrible stay! False advertising, rude and dishonest owner. Avoid it at all costs.”

It was a horrible stay. The whole house was very dirty and dusty, smelling of sewage all the time during our 2 weeks of our stay, we seldom spent time inside the property. The whole place was much smaller than shown in the pictures, as the pictures in the website had been taken from special angles to give the illusion of a bigger space, that included the toilet and shower area of course. We could not use the shower even once(luckily our house which was under renovation is very nearby, so we were frequently visiting our house to take showers. The website says there is a private courtyard included and the entrance to the courtyard is not shown in the reference pictures of the courtyard. There was no private courtyard!!!! And the courtyard shown in the pictures ended up being only an open land with overgrown grass and weed all over it with no gate/door, open to public and no access to it from the apartment!! When I asked the owner of the place about it, he had the audacity to say we needed to get out of the building and the parking area, walk towards the street, turn left and we could find the opening of the open land which he called "private courtyard" in there!! The main reason we chose this place to stay was having direct access to private courtyard so it would be easy for our dog to access it every time she needed and also having BBQS, and of course none of that happened.After few days of putting up with all the nonsense we decided to leave the place, but the owner refused to give us any refund back and after number of emails and calls we got a tiny bit of money back from booking.com. we barely stayed there as we found our own house much more comfortable to stay even while dusty renovations were going on!
