In general, breakfast was just average, one kind of buns and bread, some kinds of ham and salami, pâté, yoghurt, cereals, cucumber, tomatoes, juice, coffe, tea. We could choose fried or boiled eggs prepared when we came to the dining room.

We rate our stay very positively. The owners were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, always willing to assist with anything we needed. The apartments are modern, clean, and well equipped. There is excellent facilities for winter skiing. A major advantage is the great location directly on the ski bus route, providing easy and convenient access to the ski resorts. We would be happy to return again.

Nice apartment in a beautiful location. Terrace with access to the garden, parking in front of the house and ski storage (we didn't use it). There are several larger and smaller ski resorts in the area. Clean and big bathroom.

Great location between the mountains, very authentic interior, there is a place to park the car. The room is spacious and clean, the staff is very nice. There is a balcony with a beautiful view! The hotel is located in a cozy town with different shops and restaurants.

Very great place where you get value for money, with a tasteful breakfast prepared by the owner. We just stayed 1 night as colleagues as it was a stop on our trip towards Obertauern.

Exactly as it was described so totally met our expectations. Ski bus stop right outside Pension, 12 minute transfer to Zauchensee with minimal hassle. Continental breakfasts super fresh, varied and tasty. Rooms very clean & tidied every day. Anna & hubby very friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay again & for longer.

“Great accomodation and best start for sport activities”

We liked the place we have lived. Great accomodation provided by locals with daily possibility of brekfast since 7 :30 am. Accomodation ready when coming. First evening when coming the pension had the trouble with heating but owner provided us the alternative by ordering the room in local hotel close to pension as the compensation without any fee. It has been repaired next day morning and we could move back to pension. In general, nice, animal and kids friendly, clean accomodation , managed each day when you make to profit from skiing or other sport activities. Altenmarkt is great village to go to ski within nearest ski resorts as Zauchensee, Flachau or directly Radstat/ Altenmarkt. There is the possibility to take the ski bus dirrectly before the pension, really confortable and quick connection with the ski resort of Zauchensee where you can be in 10 minutes and you dont need to spend time in huge traffic. Fully recommendation of the pension, highly appreciated hospitality of owners.
