Overview
The property provides the local "Mobilitätskarte" for free which allows the use of the public transport for free. Located in the centre of Altenmarkt im Pongau, Landhaus Steiner has a spa area with an indoor pool. The free ski bus to the Ski Amadé region stops right outside. All rooms at Landhaus Steiner have cable TV, a seating area, and a bathroom with bathrobes and a hairdryer. Some rooms have a balcony. A rich breakfast buffet with organic products is served each morning. There is always fresh, homemade cake at the breakfast buffet. Landhaus Steiner has a beautiful garden with a sunbathing lawn, and a sun terrace, where you can enjoy your breakfast. In winter, a heated ski storage room with a ski boot dryer is available. In summer, guests can use the storage room for bicycles and hiking gear. The hiking bus stops outside. Landhaus Steiner offers free private parking and a lockable garage for motorcycles and bicycles.

A fantastic hotel from beginning to end. Beatrix was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the hotel when we arrived. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious and the furniture seemed brand new. Our children were very happy to have their own room! Breakfast was varied and the quality of food was excellent. "Be" made an effort to speak to us every morning and engaged with the children. Little things that make a big difference. Stunning pool and spa area. Very quiet while we were there which we enjoyed. We would love to return in the future.

“Really enjoyed this place”
We really liked the sauna and the pool. We were the only ones using it during our 2 nights here. Beatrice and her husband were happy to help us with our questions. Multiple hikes are available around the area. Skybus is in front of the church at 100m, we took it to Zauchensee. Breakfast is very good.

I can highly recommend this lovely family-run hotel. The owners are very kind, welcoming, and always helpful, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is excellent, rich, and varied. In winter, the ski bus stop right in front of the hotel is a great advantage, making access to the slopes very easy and convenient. Overall, a wonderful place to stay — we would be happy to return.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was excellent with a balcony, the breakfast buffet had everything you would want and also the option of cooked eggs. A really comfortable and restful atmosphere.

“Our new favorite place in Salzburg area. Highly recommended”
The location was perfect for us, peaceful but close to everything, with parking and great restaurants in a walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy, and our room was spacious and comfortable - big windows and a large bed with perfect mattresses and pillows. The owners were lovely and the breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked fried or scrambled eggs, home made cake and excellent coffee. We miss it already! Karen & Gal.
