Very friendly and responsive host, garage available, very tidy and comfy apartment. Modern kitchen. Nicely warm, floor heating in the bathroom and toilet. Very nice overview of the town and mountains from the balcony. There is a moderately steep driveway to the apartment, but it is very short and straight (no curves), so quite easy to access by car. Very decent internet connection. Approx. 10-minute walking distance from the town and the nearest store (Lidl).
