The location was excellent. Easy walk into town and the thermal baths. Ski bus practically on the doorstep and a choice of supermarkets only minutes away. We received a very warm welcome and our hosts were lovely. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

“Comforts of home in this off the beaten track in Altenmarkt, close to all amenities.Highly recommend”
Breakfast was ample with a good selection of cereals, lunch meat, egg, drink etc. Great start to the day. Location for skiers is perfect. The owners were very pleasant to deal with and offered any assistance that may have been required for making one's stay pleasant. Room facilities and amenities were very good overall and beds really comfortable. Hosts offered the use of the kitchen in evenings if required.

Very friendly people (who speak both German and English), check-in went smooth and was flexible. Large & clean room and bathroom, breakfast was very nice. Sufficient free parking availability in front of the hotel and Wifi works very well. The location is on walking distance to all restaurants in the center of Altenmarkt. There was also place to store your bike. I had an excellent stay and can definitely recommend this place.

“Great for a short stay.”
Location of the accommodation is great, near to the groceries and spa-thermal. We had a double room and it was right at the entrance near the upper stairs. Clean room, good size, comfy bed. We had a bathtub with a shower curtain, no window just a ventilation fan into the bathroom. The ski-boots storage was on the hallway, right in front of our room. We could hear through our room door the movement from the hallway, guests arriving in the middle of the night, or going up on the stairs for the breakfast and then picking up theirs ski-boots at 06:30 in the morning. Breakfast was upstairs, you could choose from boiled eggs, ham, cheese, some veggie, cereals, milk, jam, fruits, fruit yoghurt, honey, coffee and some juice. Parking space is limited and sometimes you have to move the car to facilitate the flow.

The family who owned the accommodation were very friendly and make you feel at home.There was a ski bus stop two minutes walk from the property which takes you to Altenmarkt/Radstadt ski areas and if you stay on the bus you can go to Zauchensee/Flachauwimkl.There are two supermarkets nearby and also a good Italian style restaurant.
