“Für den Preis war das echt ein mega Erlebnis! Total gemütlich und man hatte super viel Privatsphäre.”
The breakfast matched the price! Really nice guy running the hotel. Cool location by the river. Interesting stories shared over breakfast with the owner – very pleasant and homey.Plenty of parking spots and a big selection of books in the little library.

“perfect location for a quiet getaway”
Don't be fooled by the exterior - the place is really fantastic. Once you cross the doorstep you step into a very elegant interior with many well thought out details. Breakfast is great and you get every day a new service set, one more beautiful than the next.

We had a wonderful stay in the Villa Kassandra. It was a trip back to very relaxing time when things were not hectic. Every morning a delicious lovely peaceful breakfast. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and fulfilling our requests. All the rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable. There was even a lovely little extra guest kitchen with a dining area down the hall for us to use. A most enjoyable time in Altenau.

“perfect location for a quiet getaway”
Don't be fooled by the exterior - the place is really fantastic. Once you cross the doorstep you step into a very elegant interior with many well thought out details. Breakfast is great and you get every day a new service set, one more beautiful than the next.

I haven't been to an accomodation that is both this beautifully and historically looking. I didn't pay much attention to the place when choosing it, so I was pleasantly surprised to find out how gorgeous it looks. Everything was super clean and the staff was amazing.
