Everything you need for a fabulous holiday is at hand. The property is beautiful beyond words, as are the views. Owner communications are second to none and kept us up-to-date before and during our stay. Lovely Italian restaurants just around the corner if you don't fancy the 300 meter walk down hill to the shore line. We can't wait to go back.

I called the telephone number given and we were met at the door. Place is really spacious. We liked the outdoor area and the views. Decor and furniture was quality and tasteful. Fully equipped kitchen which we didn’t use much as we intended to eat out and three bathrooms was a bonus.

What a fantastic apartment! Beautifully and tastefully furnished, with a great view over the roof tops from the spacious terrace. Well equipped and comfortable. Quiet. Great communication from Mimar from start to finish. Situated in the old part of Altea, with little alley ways and lots of steps. A couple of minutes walk from the church and church square. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity.

Pictures do not do this place justice! It is a stunning property with amazing views over Altea. The property is very well specked and the out door area is better than anything we have stayed in before. Thanks to all the staff who were super helpful and made us feel very welcome. Loved everything. Rania welcomed us and also checked everything was ok after a day or two, super comms. The apartment is stunning, very clean stocked with everything we could ever need. Plenty towels, fantastic kitchen appliances and even a welcome bottle of wine. The view and the terrace probably the best but the location hard to beat. Couple of steps away from every restaurant and bar in the Old Town, many do takeaway pizza etc. supermarket is not far but downhill, many steps and a brisk walk home with heavy bags if you are feeling fit. If not, no problem for taxis to take you a short ride home.
