“apartment rental by the sea in quiet area”
The condition of the accommodation and equipment exactly matched the description in the offer (equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, heating/air conditioning). A very nice person handed us the keys. Parking was available in the basement of the house, on the fifth floor there is a swimming pool and a view. Spacious apartment for 4 people. There is an elevator in the house. Sea view. Close to the center, shops and restaurants are nearby. Quiet environment.

We loved everything about the apartment. It was very well equipped, everything you could need for a long stay holiday. The air-conditioning units provide heating for the colder months and the car parking space was a bonus. The nieghbourhood is quiet, the apartment was very quiet and very comfortable. It was a home from home. Trudy is a lovely host, checking in now and again to ensure that you have everything that you need. There is a nice walkway into Altea away from the busy main road. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby - we can recommend the Olla Beach Bar - a well stocked supermarket is within walking distance.

“A delightful stay in a beautiful sea view location with bars and restaurants nearby.”
Apartment with great facilities, comfortable beds and furniture. Exceptionally clean and suited our purposes. Near to lovely bars and restaurants. Having a pool on the roof terrace was an added bonus. We were able to use the underground garage space for our hire car.

“Quite and cozy apartment”
The apartment is cozy and it’s very well located in a quiet area , walking distance from the town center. The rooftop pool is a nice place to sit in the evening to watch the sunset or morning swim! Trudy was helpful and kind!
