Location is superb - close to the tram and the beach, superb restaurants on the doorstep. The restaurant in the hotel was packed every lunchtime and evening which was a great sign

“Perfect few days away”
We paid a little extra for sea view and it was definitely worth it. We were right on the seafront. The room was very clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel but it did seem to be very busy. Would definitely come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the San miguel Hotel in althea. The hotel/ restaurant area has lovely old world spanish charm and ambience. The room we had was a double deluxe. It was modern and very clean with lovely complimentary toiletries, but the icing on the cake for us was the fabulous balcony( more like a terrace tbh) overlooking the sea. Absolutely gorgeous view. The restaurant is definitely worth booking as the food is delicious and very traditional spanish. The staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming...we can't wait to stay there again!

the check in staff were very helpful and checked us in at 10 rooms were ready. rooms clean and location excellent. managed to park close to hotel.

The owners are helpful. Had lunch at their very busy restaurant, food was lovely, especially the spanish omelette. Staff were helpful in helping us choose the correct amount and variety. Breakfast was good. Our rooms were clean, immaculate and modern, fab view of the beach.
