All the staff was very friendly. Although we needed help from a local to find the place (as it’s a tiny bit hidden), the location is extremely central and handy to move around Altea by foot. We got a big room, the bed was very comfortable, room had all amenities needed and was clean. We only stayed two night so I don’t believe we got room service but we didn’t mind. The restaurant serves nice food and they focus on wine so any wine lovers will be in heaven here.

All of the staff were very friendly and all had a smile for you. Very helpful. Asked for top up water and tea bags etc, no problem.

They went the extra mile, everything was thought of and the staff were amazing. Even had deck chairs and towels you could take to the beach!

My room was gorgeous and very well equipped, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful. They made the whole experience even more pleasant. I also loved the location — it is in a great area and perfect for exploring the city. The food was excellent as well. The kitchen is amazing and everything was very tasty, including the breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely come back again in the future. Highly recommended!

The quality of the room was excellent, very much like you would see in an interior design magazine. Located midway up in the old town, so easy access to all the old town has to offer and the sea front / promenade.
