“Great 28 day stay”

Fantastic property, well equipped with close proximity to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Accommodation was clean, spacious (for a couple) and included good WiFi (sufficient for home working), smart TV (with all main UK channels) and air con (we just used the fans). Plenty of books in different languages to peruse too. The host, Susi, was really friendly and helpful.

“Altea and casa Altea-Mar a perfect combination”

Every morning breakfast at the large balcony with a view on the sea, harbour and the first part of the boulevard. Just a 5 minutes walk to the boulevard, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is fully equiped and includes a TV with several tv-stations (incl. a Dutch) and the possibility for using Netflix. The private closed carparking is perfect. Host Susi is very kind and always available for questions.

Spacious and attractive flat. Extra large and comfortable bed with quality duvets. Good settee for maximum comfort in the evening. Pleasant outdoor terrace with great morning sunshine. Very well equipped - cooking was easy. Hot shower. TV with French TV and Netflix ( could log in with my own account). Owner Susanna had thought of everything and we wanted for nothing. The location was really great - super local bar Dìferens , and loads of restaurants, very near the seafront and good ( spacious, easy) private parking if there wasn’t space in front of the block (which there often was). To cap it all, the apartment is on the first floor so only two short flights of steps - but also a lift if with bags. Heating is sufficient ( we were there in the middle of December).

The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions and with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely spacious apartment, perfect for our family of 4. We couldn't fault it. Suzy the host met us on arrival to let us in and show us around. She was in contact with us before we arrived and made sure we knew where we were going. The apartment is in a good location right near the harbour end of Altea. It's just a couple of minutes walk to the sea front promenade with all the shops and restaurants. A decent supermarket is just minutes away and had everything we needed. The communal swimming pool at the apartment is superb. It's kept impeccably well by the on-site caretaker and is very clean. It was never busy. If you are looking for an apartment for a family of four in this area at this price I would say that you have found it, so get it booked quickly before it's snapped up by someone else!

“Home away from home”

The apartment was extremely homely, immaculately clean and very well presented. The homeowner had thought of everything you would need throughout the stay. She even dropped down new sun beds in the morning. Communication was excellent and a lovely lady. Would highly recommend.
