“Great value for price”
It was very clean, with comfy bedding, we stayed the second night. Jacuzzi was very clean and nice as well. Free on street parking. Fast WiFi. Many bars, bakeries and shops just outside the door. Great value for price. Lovely owner, very responsive and helpful helped us with finding absolutely the best way to visit Palermo by car, many thanks for that

“In town, between the moutnains and the sea.”
This place is right in down town Altavilla Milicia. With plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. I arrived there on December 25, a day on which usually everything is closed even in Italy but nevertheless found a trattoria close by which served good food. As for finding the place this was no problem. However this being Christmas day, Enrico the host wasn't there but talked me through the steps of gaining access to my room on the phone. It would be reassuring if there was some kind of indication on or near the main entrance door telling the traveler that he or she has arrived at the right address. The room Enrico had prepared for me was very comfortable. This being an apartment building in town and my room right above the street, there was some noise but this was to be expected. In my view a great plus of this accommodation was that by simply following Via Loreto in the direction of the mountains one reaches wilderness with boundless opportunities for hikes within a short drive of 20-30 minutes.
