Offering a sauna and a hot tub, Alpenpension is located on the outskirts of Altaussee, a 2-minute drive from Lake Altaussee and 4-minute drive from the Loser Cable Car. Free WiFi is provided in public areas. The rustically furnished rooms feature wooden furniture and floors, satellite TV, and a private bathroom. This tranquil and quiet stay is nestled close to the Altaussee town, just half a kilometre away. The kind and humble owner took great care of us during our stay. I highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Alpenpension. The room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the surroundings were simply beautiful. Mrs. Maria was incredibly hospitable and kind, which made us feel truly welcome. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

“Simple accomodaton in a beautiful place”
It is a nice and simple guesthouse. The owner is very accomodating and nice. The pension is located right next to the road and the river but it didn’t bother is during the night.

The host is really friendly and welcoming, what makes you feel good straightaway. The room is really comfortable and clean, with a balcony to relax. We had a great sleep!! The buffet for breakfast and the possibility to sit outside is perfect! Only 5 minutes away from Altausersee and way cheaper than the surrounding housing, it's very convenient. I highly recommend and will not hesitate to choose again Alpenpension if I'm coming back to the region.
