We loved the rural location but was accessible. Peace and tranquility within nature. Accommodation was sympathetic to surroundings and very comfortable. Lovely pool and very good communal area where you can prepare your own food. The restaurant served an incredible breakfast and the evening meal option presented excellent value for top quality. Eris was a wonderful knowledgeable host who goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The word Modern refers to an insightful forward thinking study of fauna and flora in harmony with the farm animals and the importance and impact of their coexistence. Fascinating place we really enjoyed our time here.

Amazing location out in the wild on a working organic farm. Beautiful accommodation pool and so peaceful. All blended into nature. Ran seeing wild horses cows grazing with nature. And the food prepared by the manager and his wife was outstanding. Michelin star. Using all produce from the land. We were made so welcome

“It was very original place to stay - quiet, relaxing and very close to nature!”

Location was very original on the big farm, with many animals (cows, donkeys, horses), very good location for couples or families looking for quiet but lovely place, far from crowded streets. We have never before were so close to the nature, it was very pleasant experience. There is nice swimming pool. Each room has anti-mosquito door and window cover. But there were no mosquitos or other flying insects. Restaurant (for the breakfast) is 2-3minutes away from the rooms location with the car (one can walk if like but is more conveninet to take car). Near to the rooms there is also a "social area" where you can relax, cook or just sit with family/friends if prefered to stay inside (a separate detached building - a bit "away" from the rooms so no chance to interrupt the guests). Eris the manager of the facility was very very helpfull and open to support guests without any delay. He is very positive and helpful person.

Beautiful place that is super calm and spacious. Great pool and facilities like kitchen available. But the thing that made the whole place was the service of Eris and the rest. Great recommendations, nothing was too much. Food was fantastic and if you wanted something you can let them know a day ahead and he will prepare something truly special.

A wonderful and mysterious place with a vast area where you can explore the forest or focus on the trails. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, with special thanks to Eris and his team! The room was spacious, featuring a modern shower and a very comfortable bed. Everything felt brand new. Breakfast wasn't very diverse, but it had everything we needed.

Great spot, fantastic to be in nature in the midst of Puglia. On a farm with free range cows, horses, donkeys and lovely white mountain dogs. Next to well equipped rooms and a very nice pool area. Restaurant facilities are superb. Food the best you can wish for! Staff and management were fantastic!

It's a very special place, a modern farm. Everything was perfect, and we felt really welcomed. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the peacefulness of the place - it's in the middle of the the nature. Cows, horses and donkeys walking feely were our neigbours:). Breakfast and dinners prepared by Eris and Angela were delicious and made from local ingredients. They treated us with special care and fulfilled all our wishes :).

“Lovely stay in the heart of Puglia”

Perfect in every way. This vast property is managed by the chef who cooks the best meals and shows guest around to tell everything about the farm and philosophy behind it. With a central restaurant (walking distance from sleeping facilities) and a sleeping facility with communal kitchen, pool and 7 rooms, the accommodation feels intimate. The setting is rural but perfectly located to explore the nature in the area and to visit villages such as Matera. The food from the restaurant was lovely and it was fun to be surrounded by all the farm animals. During our visit they were building a second accommodation of 7 rooms seperated from the first and they were building a small agriculture school. Curious how those will turn out, would love to come back in the future!

The rural location.The farm and its cattle and the Abruzzese dogs! All the staff were very friendly, efficient and obliging. Our accommodation was so good. The food provided was excellent, too. A lovely, clean swimming pool in a most peaceful location.

Super location! Beautiful huge rural estate with just a few buildings for the guests and cows. Staff works very hard to make your stay pleasant. Breakfast and dinner are very good using local products. And the Wifi has been updated: works excellent! Special thanks to Eris for all the care!

Off the track, literally on a farm, nicely laid out. Total escape from the works outside. Maria and Angela are fantastic. Very warm and welcoming. Food was an unexpected delight. The breakfasts were outstanding and dinner at night really classy. All local ingredients and recipes. The real deal.
