Marcia is a great host and meets you on arrival. She was friendly and very helpful, and the car park was very secure. The guest house is lovely with lots of places to sit outside, and in, including a pool area. The location is great for exploring Altafulla, and there is a lovely walkway beside the beach with places to eat or have a drink. Marcia also served a lovely breakfast in an incredible dining room.

This is our second stay at this wonderful place. It is so comfortable and relaxing in a beautiful setting and Marcia is a very thoughtful host - nothing is too much trouble. And the breakfasts are amazing! We are lucky to have friends living in Altafulla and hope to have an excuse to stay at Vil. la Marcia again.

Marcia is a great hostess, she made us feel most welcome from the minute we showed up. The property is a treasure trove of collector items. The room was spacious, had a great view with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. The grounds are well suited for chilling out. The old town a fascination with some good places to eat. The beach is a stroll away. The local old Roman villa and Tarragona are great places to visit. A wonderful place for interrailers to lay up and relax.

We had a truly special stay in this beautiful historic house. Every detail of the interior reflects its history and character, and it feels like stepping into another era. Staying here made me feel a little like a princess in an old aristocratic residence. The breakfast was exceptional — not a buffet, but a beautifully prepared table where you are personally looked after, which made the morning feel very elegant and relaxed. The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming, and their hospitality makes the whole experience unforgettable.

A beautiful,quirky house with a wonderful garden. It's just 10 minutes from the motorway and 20 minutes walk to the beach. Our room was large and overlooking the garden. The bed comfortable. Marcia is a friendly, very good host. Like other reviews, the breakfast was outstanding.

“Beautiful Place!”

Marcia the host was really accommodating and her place was beautiful. The location was convenient to the beach where we found a lovely place to eat. There was also a lively bar where we met up with friends and enjoyed a dance.

The Villa is beautiful. The decor was amazing. It was a very calming space. The pool and garden were spectacular. We travelled for a wedding and I would love to return for a holiday and spend more time in this beautiful home.

Marcia is truly a wonderful host. The accommodations and property are amazing. This is a gem in Altfulla with 3 minute walk into the old town and 10 minute walk to the beach. Best bed we slept on during our visit to Spain. The 6 of us had to leave early the next morning to catch our flight so we were not able to stay for breakfast. Marcia not only accommodated our early departure she also made us fresh coffee and made us fresh sandwiches and juice for the road. Cannot recommend high enough for the value, experience and pleasure of meeting Marcia. PS the food recommendations were awesome and if you get a chance to have dinner at Lola Bistro you will be in for a treat!

Marcia, the owner was extremely pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her Our room was spacious as was the en-suite bathroom The breakfast was fantastic. The pool area was great too It was situated close to the square where the were bars and restaurants, but also 10 minutes walk to the beach. Two minutes by car, with adequate parking Our stay was an absolute pleasure

The property is a gem. It is a beautiful building both inside and outside. Our bedroom was fabulous and I assume the others are similar. There were nice touches of welcome in the room. The breakfast was outstanding and Marcia did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely a place to visit again!
