“Central and good breakfast. Very relaxing stay.”
Perfect and central location, close to restaurants and shopping center. The room had a view of the church, was spacious and quiet despite being close to the elevators. The beds were comfortable, and the cleaning service was very efficient. Good breakfast, with different options. We had dinner at the restaurant, and the food did not disappoint.

I had a great stay! Room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice. The hotel is in front of the bus station and next to a shopping mall, so in a perfect location.

Marie-Louise would not let us get our passports out of the safe when we realised we had left them behind. She lied and said that she had personally emptied the safe and that there was nothing there and we should go to the police station to ask if our passports had been handed in. We went to the police station who told us our passports were not there and that we should return to the hotel. We advised Marie Louise again that we had left our passports in the safe and she said we had not. She told us to go back to the police station! We decided to go up to the room ourselves and knock to see if the people who had checked in would allow us to look in the safe, they did and our passports were in there the whole time. It is a real shame that this happened because we really liked the rest of the hotel staff, especially William, they were friendly and accommodating but Marie Louise clearly hates her job and she is awful at it.
