The room was basic but comfortable & clean. There was a big supermarket within a 2 min walk. We called the host to let them know we had arrived, she turned up within 5 mins to let us in, so no hanging around.

“Value rooms for a quick stop over.”
The property was very convenient for a quick stop over in the area, close to Santarem. Value for money. Very flexible check in. Clean.

“Disappointed as we are both Vegan and after a long drive we needed something to eat, but nowhere to cook?”
Our bedroom was quite nice, with a nice bathroom. Bed was comfortable. It was almost next door to a big supermarket. Parking outside on the street.

“Place is spacious but for our 2 nights stay we expect the rooms to be cleaned at least once.”
Owner of the place did a great job in waiting for us very late and let us check in around 11:00pm. After this point she was no where to be seen. She never cleaned the rooms during day or visit the place. We wanted to get invoices from here and she kept promising she will come and give us invoice. As she did not have printer she promised to email the invoices but she never sent them by email. Very bad experience from the point of checking in.

“Not a 5* hotel but comfortable, clean and good value.”
Location is excellent for all nearby facilities. No breakfast, but good communal facilities to prepare food. Cleanliness was also excellent.

“Visit to Alpiarça”
Location is excellent in the town center and close to every point of interest including the river Valada de Alpiarça, about 15 minutes by foot. There is a bus stop in the main road close to this lodging. Some but not many possibilities for dinner close-by, especially on a monday. Room was good with good wifi and you can use kitchen.
