The room was fully equipped and very comfortable. We got the first floor, so it had a couple of chairs to sit and chill. Breakfast included, plenty of parking and pets friendly. Pool was available, basketball courts, and even a grill.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. The kitchen appliances in the apartment were clean, bed linen was also clean, and the bathroom was somewhat acceptable only some visible dirt and dust around the bath and toilet area, otherwise, it was okay.

great location apartments are a great size comfortable beds breakfast is great overall great value for money personally I appreciate not having daily cleaning - every 3-4 days is perfectly sufficient. I didn’t realize that at first though - it would be helpful to point that out during check-in.

Great location

The front desk staff are rude throughout our stay. On the last day, while checking out, the lady said I need to pay one day extra, because I have extended my stay for one day, which I did not. When I asked to show paper work, she denied and yelled at me that if you don't want to pay that's OK we will not return the advance we took from you for incidentally.

Carpets smell really bad

“Disappointing”

The first room I stayed in smelt of smoke and the hot water did not work after two days. We were moved to a better room which had Hot Water smell of smoke. I was overcharged $100 and have sent the Hotel numerous emails via booking .com however they keep replying asking me to contact the Hotel directly however they have not provided any email address and I am overseas and unable to call them or should I need to call them to discuss over the phone when email much more appropriate.

“Bed bugs in the room”

The hotel had bed bugs, I asked that the hotel reviewed my room and they did not. So I started reviewing my room and I found them (pictures attached). Due to that I had a horrible rash (pictures attached). I stayed almost 4 weeks. At the end the hotel mentioned they did not found any bed bugs… Due to that they did not disinfected my baggage and personal belongings, I paid in addition for that in other place. It was a nightmare and at the end the hotel only adjusted 3 nights for “bug bites”
