Room was a great size and had all the necessary amenities. Bed was comfortable and staff and manager were friendly to talk to. Helpful staff and great distance from the Ameris amphitheater.

We left Florida as Hurricane Milton was approaching. After a grueling 12-hour drive, hoping we could finally rest, I received an email notification that my reservation had been canceled. After several long calls to the front desk, they told me that my booking was canceled, blaming it on Booking.com, and they had no available rooms left. We decided to go to the hotel in person to try and resolve the situation. When we asked about our reservation, the man at the front desk got very nervous and insisted that there were no available rooms. We showed him our booking confirmation number, but despite that, they still refused to check us into the two rooms we had confirmed through Booking.com. What made it even more frustrating was that at the same time, other people were arriving, unloading their things, and checking in without any issues. I couldn’t shake the feeling that if we had offered a few extra hundred dollars, they would have quickly found a place for us in the hotel.

Your in a suburb and everyone I encountered was very courteous, polite and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast met my needs, however if you need different food options, you are within walking distance of a Starbucks, Chick filet, Taco bell, and other food amenities in North point Market and North Point mall.

“Cockroach crawling on the bed!”

I booked for 5 days and stayed for 2 days. Cockroaches came out on the floor and told the hotel that cockroaches came out. The hotel sprayed cockroaches. And then something really horrible happened. My daughter felt something crawling through her body, so she looked at her bed and found wheels on it. She was so surprised that she couldn't enter her hotel room that she told the staff in the hotel lobby that she couldn't stay at it anymore. She actually felt itchy and unpleasant all over, so she wanted to leave the hotel right away. And yet the hotel kept her waiting in the hotel lobby. And so I called the hotel and asked the hotel for a refund because of the cockroaches crawling on the bed, so they said they would give me a refund. My daughter also went to another hotel after hearing that they would refund the entire amount. But it's been almost a month, and the refund hasn't been made. The hotel reservation site says that the hotel still provides a partial refund, but it's not refundable because they haven't submitted a written refund. I don't understand how a bequeak stays in a hotel crawling around in bed, and after nearly a month of getting a hotel fee and refunding it. Worst hotel of her life. Never go to this hotel.

This hotel is just the best! The staff makes you feel very at home, it is close to all kind of stores, events, restaurants, right in the middle of where you want to be! Rooms super comfortable, big spacious.
