Everything was simply perfect – from the very beginning until the end of our stay. The hosts are extremely kind, warm, and always available to help, and it is clear that they genuinely put effort into making every guest feel welcome. The penthouse is exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, so you immediately feel at home. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully functional, and the living room is perfect for relaxing. The real gem, however, is the terrace – large and peaceful, with a breathtaking view of the mountains. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy your morning coffee, spend the day relaxing, or watch the sunset in the evening. Staying in this penthouse was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly return. Wholeheartedly recommended to anyone looking for a combination of comfort, tranquility, and true hospitality.

Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, everything you could need was provided - even a little shop and a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge. Apartment was perfect, good layout, lots of space, jacuzzi was the best thing after hikes. It was quiet, nice views, good location. Hosts were very helpfull, kind and caring.

This was a superb experience and a great stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, well designed with an attention for detail and had everything to enjoy our stay. The hosts, Matthias and Reiner were fantastic and welcoming, even ready to offer an excellent dinner or breakfast. They also offered a small shop with food and drinks in the basement, accessible 24/7. The apartment is in a neat mountain village, ideal for outdoor activities and relaxation. We simply loved it.

A wonderful property with even wonderful hosts Rainer and Matthias. Everything right from the location nearby Alpbach Böglerhof bus station to the apartment itself everything was perfect. The apartment is extremely neat and clean and well designed. Every tiny detail is taken care of. The cherry on the top is the balcony which has a breathtaking view. Rainer was a wonderful and accommodative host and was very responsive too. Cannot recommend the property enough. We had a peaceful and great time

We loved this place. Good location, very nice place and lovely owners. At arrival we even found a birthday cake and balloons for our son who turned 6 that day.
