Overview
Located on a quiet farmhouse in the Tyrolean Alps, this rustic attic apartment is a 10-minute walk from the centre of Alpbach. It features balcony, a kitchen with a dining area, and satellite TV. Appartement Leirer is available for 2, 4 or 6 guests. It includes 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace, and a bathroom. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered. High chairs and baby cots are provided free of charge. A children’s play area, and a ski school can be found within a 10-minute walk of the Leirer Appartement. There are several supermarkets and shops in the town centre. Free private parking is available on site. The Alpbachtal Seenland Card is included in the rate. This card comprises many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars in summer.

Very neat and tidy living place amidst the beautiful alps. The amenities were very nice.. The owner - Garlinde was very cordial and helpful. She also took an extra step to drop us to the nearest bus stop on the day of check out.

“Quiet, warm, secure and friendly lodging in a beautiful area.”
The apartment was excellent value for money with a friendly host who was eager for us to make the most of our time n Alpbach and who provided us with many good tips and ideas. The host lives on site and was always very helpful without being intrusive. I cooked on a few nights during our stay and I was able to find any implement or utensil that I could have needed. Comfortable beds, warm water, high powered shower, cosy rooms and great views!

Beautiful stay in a quiet location, stunning view from the balcony. Walking distance to village with nice restaurants and supermarket. Lovely walks out from the property and close by to Rattenberg and Innsbruk both worth a visit

Cozy apartment in a great location with an excellent host. Nicely equipped kitchen, really comfortable beds and a nice view of the mountain as a bonus. If you are coming for skiing, the skibus stops just around the corner. Also the village with shops is in a walking distance.

Unbelievably good value for money. Cosy and very personal room, very close the Alpbach center. The host was incredibly kind and made the hole stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend 👍
