“Comfy and clean homestay with Internet & 2 parking slots”
I like the warm decoration. Towels are prepared. Internet speed is great. Cutlery and dinnerware are available. The instructions give for check in and check out are very clear. Surely will come again.

“Great view apartment with Great facilities”
They have minibar (halal ofcourse and chargeable) in the fridge filled with all sort of drinks. Nice touch. Also the space are great for medium to large crowd. Kids love the pool overlooking Alor Setar. View also great (really great) from room.

The owner is helpful and super friendly. The house is clean and spacious for my family. The bed sheets is clean and the bed is comfortable. Will definitely choose NZ Residence again if I ever come back to Alor Setar.
