Absolutely stunning views of the sunset! Great room at the lodge, with a big comfy bed. Lovely to sit out on the deck and watch the wallabies jump by. Dinner at the pub was also delicious! Highly recommend xx fiances from Canberra

Awesome room with an awesome view complete with local wildlife. High recommended a short walk to the pub for dinner. We really enjoyed our short stay. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

The property is in a good location, just behind the Bruny Island Hotel (food here is excellent). It is easy to access and close to nature including white wallaby and water view.

“Reasonable accomodation close to the pub.”
The unit was a good average stay as one of 2 hotel attached spots. The Villa units are far superior to these two units.

“Hobart/Bruny trip”
Loved the King suite, the views, location, wildlife, so quiet and tranquil. Hotel for meals right next door was a bonus. All staff excellent and very friendly and helpful, loved our stay.

Great location. Rooms clean and tidy. Basic but all we needed. Hotel Bruny really close which was lucky as seemed to be the only place around for dinner. We enjoyed the hotel and meal.

Friendly staff. Beautiful location. We had a beautiful dinner at the hotel restaurant. The portion was high !! Enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay there again. The complimentary cider in our rooms was a nice touch and it was delicious 😋

Located at Hotel Bruny (3959 Main Rd, Alonnah), this Queen Room offers comfortable motel-style accommodation featuring electric heating, en suite bathroom, flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. It is approximately 40-minutes' drive from the Bruny Island Ferry crossing. Please note there is no capacity for extra beds.
Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Sea View
This twin/double room features a balcony and indoor window seat with sea views. It has an electric kettle and toaster. Twin single bedding is available for an extra charge.
Kestrel Studio
This studio offers great views over the D'Entrecasteaux Channel and features a separate Queen bedroom, full kitchen facilities, bathroom, laundry, private balcony, electric glowing fire, heat pump and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Kestrel Studio is approximately a 40-minute drive from the Bruny Island Ferry crossing, and a 4-minute drive from the Hotel Bruny at Alonnah.
Lodge - Hotel Bruny
Each room features a private patio with views of the D'Entrecasteaux channel and satellite island. The rooms are fitted with a day bed in the bay window. Please note that this room is located at Hotel Bruny, 3959 Main Rd, Alonnah.
Sand Piper Studio
Perched on a small hill, this Queen sized en suite studio takes in amazing views of the D'Entrecasteaux Channel and beyond. Please note that this studio is located at 52 Matthew Flinders Drive, Alonnah, approximately 40-minutes' drive from the Bruny Island Ferry crossing and 2-minutes' drive from the Hotel Bruny at Alonnah. This room has no capacity for extra guests. Sand Piper Studio is accessed via a shared driveway with Oystercatcher Villa and is located right next door.
