Nice and close to Hotel Bruny which was excellent for dinner. We took the hosts good advice and booked ahead. Lots of wildlife can be seen nearby the accommodation. Quiet location.

Location is easy to reach and host is friendly. The toilet paper rolls were delivered by host after arrived as the surprise. everything is good with perfect seaview from the window and the bed is comfort. At night, easy to see the wallabies surrounding the house.

Fran's place was so clean, it was extremely strategic (very close to the Neck Lookout and Bruny Hotel), they were very responsive to whatever we needed. They provided AC in the living room, mugs, etc - truly perfecf for a couple nights stay for anyone travelling to Bruny Island!
